Taking place from 24–26 June 2026 at the ASK Dome, Jamhuri Park, Nairobi, the conference is built on the belief that Bitcoin is no longer simply an emerging technology—it is already being used, built upon, taught, and studied across the continent. The conference seeks to provide a platform where the people and organizations driving this progress can connect, learn from one another, share experiences, and collaborate on solutions that increase Bitcoin's value and utility within African communities.

Kenya has emerged as one of Africa's leading hubs for grassroots Bitcoin adoption. Communities such as AfriBit Kibera, Bitcoin Chama, BTC Biashara, BTC Githurai, BTC Babies, and others are demonstrating how Bitcoin can be earned, spent, and saved within local economies.
