Chika Obiefule is Head of Tech and Engineering at eProcess Consulting Limited, where he leads a multidisciplinary technical team supporting cybersecurity solutions for clients across financial services, energy and government. He has extensive experience deploying, maintaining and supporting enterprise cybersecurity technologies, including Privileged Access Management, Identity and Access Management, Network Access Control, Data Loss Prevention, vulnerability management and encryption. In his current role, he oversees cybersecurity assessments based on the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, customer enablement programmes, technical escalations and continuous improvement initiatives. He also represents eProcess Consulting in executive briefings, cybersecurity panels and technology conferences, engaging clients on security strategy and technology.

I work out where technology is going, and what that will mean for organisations two or three years before they know it themselves. Over the past decade I helped build Incentro Africa from a bet that world-class software could be built in Kenya into a business serving 600+ organisations across almost 40 African countries, opening a second market in South Africa in 2024. Technology is my strongest domain, but the more useful half of what I know is entrepreneurial: finding the first customers, making the pricing work, hiring ahead of revenue, learning what holds a company together when a plan meets a market that does not care about it. As Commercial Director I own go-to-market, brand, marketing, sales, finance and compliance across Africa — holding commercial strategy and regulatory reality together across jurisdictions with different legislation, currency exposure and tax regimes. I do not treat the status quo as an argument. I arrive with a different framing than the room expects and will hold a strong view, but would rather land on something workable than win the point.

Robert Ford Nkusi is an ICT policy and digital governance expert with over 20 years of experience advancing Africa’s digital transformation. He has advised governments, international organizations, and private sector alliances across East Africa on e-government, cross-border mobile financial services, and digital economy frameworks. Robert currently serves as President of the Rwanda Software Testing Qualifications Board (RWSTQB) and is a Board Member of the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB), where he contributes to global standards in software quality and AI governance. A former Vice-Chair of AFRINIC, Africa’s Internet Numbers Registry, Robert has played a leading role in shaping Internet governance and digital policy at regional and global levels. He has worked on flagship initiatives including the Northern Corridor One Network Area, the Rwanda Broadband Policy, and digital trade integration within the EAC. Passionate about inclusive innovation, Robert continues to champion the role of technology in building accountable, secure, and future-ready societies across Africa.

Alex Ntare is Chief Executive Officer of the Rwanda ICT Chamber. His work at the Chamber involves bridging the gap between private and public sector players in the ICT industry as well as overseeing and establishing new innovation programs for technology startups and innovators among them; KLAB, Fablab Rwanda and 250Startups an accelerator. He sits on the advisory board of the Africa Center of Excellence on Internet Of Things and a number of steering committees including the Rwanda Innovation Fund. He holds a Msc in Investment and Quantitative Finance from the University of Westminster, a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Business Information Technology from NCC Education in UK as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Makerere University in Uganda. His work experience ranges from working as a computer engineer to a financial services’ broker in London. Currently the Chief Executive Officer of a non-governmental, not-for-profit Technology Service Providers Association of Kenya (TESPOK) that operates the Kenya Internet Exchange Point and Industry Computer Security Incident Response Team. Have 18 years’ experience working in the ICT sector in Kenya 10 of which have been spent at TESPOK as a liaison for the private sector with governments in the East Africa region on ICT policy and regulations. In 2018 developed a training program on Collaborative Governance under the Internet Society that was run at the USTTI, Washington DC. From 2011 to 2018 was one of the three African representatives on the Number Resource Organization – Number Council and role on the NRO involved coordinating Numbering Resource issues across the five Regional Internet Registries. She also doubled as a member of the Internet Corporation of Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) Address Supporting Organization- Address Council where we co-ordinate the development of Global Numbering Resource Policy Development. In 2025, she was elected on to the Afrinic Board . Has a PhD in Business and Leadership from the Veredian Christian University in Atlanta, Georgia. A keen advocate of ICT for development and multi-stakeholder engagement for digital development and has been appointed in 2022 as part of the Executive Council of the UN IIGF Supporting organization
