Harry has 25 years of experience in the tech industry. He's the founder and the Executive Director of Kenya-founded DEMO Africa, a launchpad for emerging technologies and trends on the continent. He's also the Co-founder and Director of the African eDevelopment Resource Centre; Co-founder and Director of the Events Management Solutions.

I am an IT professional with a master’s in electrical & computer engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and currently the ERP Software team lead at Agri Evolve Uganda Limited. I am also an Independent SAP Business One Consultant specializing in business process mapping and optimization.

I am a hardworking, ambitious and self-driven person with outstanding organizational skills. I am a result-oriented team player with high ethical values and a capacity to perform in a fast paced, dynamic environment. I also possess excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with ability to interact with people at different levels and ages.

Mr. Julius Peter Torach is the Commissioner for Information Technology in the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) in Uganda. He previously worked as a Commissioner at the Ministry of ICT and National Guidance, where he coordinated the development of the National Cyber Security Strategy, and chaired the Technical Committee that developed the Data Protection and Privacy Regulations for Uganda. He coordinated the development of the National Strategy on the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which included the framework for adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Uganda. He also worked as a Director for eGovernment Services at the National Information Technology Authority – Uganda, and subsequently became a Board Member in the same organisation. In the region, he is currently a Member of the Afri-Asia AI Policy Network that is supported by GIZ. He was previously a Member of the Working Group for the Development of AI Strategy Blueprint for Smart Africa Alliance, and was a Member of the World Economic Forum Council on Agile Governance.

Charles Musisi is a graduate of Electrical Engineering, owner and Managing Director of Infinity Computers & Communications Company LTD (i3C). Charles Musisi setup the very first electronic mail service in Uganda way back in the 1990s and was part of a group of early pioneers (bridge builders) of the Internet on the African continent. Charles Musisi has been involved in technology leadership for over 25 years, and has been at the forefront and an owner of businesses in the provision of cutting-edge technologies that include Cloud Hosting solutions; Internet Domain Name Registration, Software application development and hosting solutions; Mobile Telephony Network and Fibre Optic Infrastructure – installation, setup and maintenance; Enterprise ccTV Camera installations, setup and maintenance; Smart Power solutions and infrastructure for Data Centres – installation, setup and maintenance, and so much more. Charles Musisi setup and has operates the .UG country code Top Level Domain (ccTLD) – a registry for Internet Domain Names in Uganda. Charles Musisi has trained and mentored well over 500 top IT professionals and engineers many of whom are now very successful in their career pursuits. Charles Musisi, from the very early days was at the forefront of the formation of Internet bodies that include the African Network Information Centre (AfriNIC), a registry for Internet Protocol numbers, the Internet governance body, Internet Corporation for Assigned Names & Numbers (ICANN), and the African Internet Group (AfNOG).

Bernard Wanyama is an accomplished Information Technology professional with extensive expertise in Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure Management, IT Risk and Governance, and Service Delivery and Projects. His robust background in the financial services sector has honed his skills and broadened his experience, enabling him to navigate and excel in complex IT environments. Bernard's specialties include Cybersecurity, IT Project and Service Delivery, Managed Services, Outsourcing, Vendor and SLA Management, Data and Voice Networks Engineering, Security, UNIX/Linux systems, Application Optimization, and IT Risk and Governance. His comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience make him a valuable asset in managing and optimizing IT operations, ensuring robust security measures, and driving successful project outcomes.

Veerakumar Natarajan is the Regional Manager for East Africa at Zoho Corporation, bringing nearly 20 years of industry experience to his role. For over 13 years, he has been dedicated to assisting businesses in the East African region with their IT development needs. In his current position, Veerakumar is instrumental in driving business growth through digital transformation. He focuses on forging local partnerships and expanding Zoho's presence across East Africa, ensuring that businesses in the region benefit from cutting-edge technological solutions.

Kyle Spencer is an Internet industry executive and consultant with over 20 years of experience building content and interconnection ecosystems in Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America. Kyle has contributed to the development of Internet exchange points (IXPs), carrier-neutral data centres, policy frameworks, grant programmes, and industry best practices. He has also founded industry associations, established community organizations, and organised notable events including Africa’s first international video gaming tournament.
