He holds a Master of Science in ICT Policy and Regulation and a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications and Information Technology, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Innovation and Technology Management. His professional expertise spans governance, project management, and information systems audit strengthening his ability to translate national ICT strategy into measurable impact.

I decided early in my career that I wanted to be the change I want to see in Africa. I came to diplomacy from business. That shapes how I operate. I translate diplomatic relationships into concrete investment opportunities, trade agreements into industrial outcomes, and bilateral dialogue into lasting partnerships. I originate, connect, facilitate, and deliver. Benin is navigating three major transitions reshaping the continent — demographic, digital, and energy. Each one a challenge. Each one an opportunity. How Benin positions itself within these shifts, and how we structure the partnerships that will define our development, is what occupies me. The demographic transition is the most consequential. By 2050, one in four people on the planet will be African. Africa's youth — curious, ambitious, increasingly connected — represent either the engine of a transformed economy or a generation without the infrastructure, education, and opportunity to fulfil their potential. The outcome will depend on the choices being made today. I believe Benin's transformation will be built through strategic exchange, education, industrialization, tourism and culture — in partnership with China and the Asia-Pacific region with every investor, institution, and ally committed to turning Africa's demographic potential into lasting prosperity. This is what drives me in Beijing and beyond.

Moringa has trained over 8000 students and offers bootcamps in areas such as Software Development, Data Science, and Cybersecurity as well as a myriad of short courses and corporate offerings that cover topics such as Product Design, Data Analytics, and AI. Prior to Moringa, Nikki served in various executive roles in tech-enabled organizations in Kenya, Canada, the US, Australia, and Chile. She has worked for Google, Expedia, Copia, Bridge International Academies, Intrawest, and BHP Billiton. Over 14 years, I've moved from front-line operations into strategic leadership, building customer functions from the ground up and translating experience data into decisions that shape executive strategy. As Customer Relationship Manager at Car and General PLC, I built the organization's CRM Department from scratch, defining its structure, governance & service standards and lead a team of 15+ across CRM and Registration. I co-authored the Staff Charter and Customer Service Policy, rolled out across all 12 branches, and drove CSAT from 53% to 85% and NPS from 47% to 74% within six months. I’m an AWS Champion Authorized Instructor (13x AWS Certified), Cloud Consultant, and AWS Community Builder, working at the intersection of Cloud, Data, and AI. My work focuses on making complex technologies practical and usable through training, consulting and building learning systems. Over the past few years, I’ve delivered cloud engineering programs and technical training across academic, community, and corporate environments. I’ve worked with learners transitioning into tech, enterprise teams strengthening their cloud capabilities, and organizations exploring how to adopt cloud and AI in a structured way. I also create technical content and share what I’m learning, with a focus on helping others understand and apply cloud and AI in real-world contexts. Most AI transformations fail before the technology is even implemented. They fail in the room where someone decides this isn't for them, or doesn't understand why it should be, or never gets asked. That's the problem I was built to solve. I work at the intersection of psychology and AI adoption, which sounds like a niche until you realize it's the reason most implementations actually fail. Organizations procure the tools, approve the budget, and then wonder why nothing changes. The missing piece is almost always the same: nobody designed a strategy for bringing the people along. My background is in counseling psychology, large-scale program management, and AI strategy. I've managed seven concurrent AI programs across three countries, overseeing 500+ distributed contributors. I've coordinated ecosystems of founders, donors, governments, and corporates across two cohorts of 75+ startups. I've co-delivered AI literacy programs inside a refugee camp in Kakuma. That combination taught me one thing clearly: the organizations that succeed with AI are the ones that treat adoption as a change management challenge, not a technology challenge.
